What was the highlight of BLUESEA Es Bolero
Ok value for money but definitely wouldn’t stay again.
Close to shops and beach. Some staff were lovely and polite.
Food was average, not a lot of choices for kids. Rooms weren’t cleaned properly (only beds made, floor wasn’t brushed or mopped, towels only changed once. Air conditioning wasn’t working. Reception staff rude and not helpful. Kids weren’t allowed inflatables in pool.

What was the highlight of BLUESEA Es Bolero
Great hotel complex with good all inclusive and location
The hotel is in Cala Egos close to a few restaurants and bars, shops and a supermarket. The local beach is also a few minutes walk. We checked in quickly and the staff were friendly. We were upgraded to stay at Bluesea Martha's. The room was modern with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, kettle, toaster, hob and microwave. We stayed all inclusive so only used the kettle and fridge. The all inclusive drinks were local spirits as was expected but there was a good selection and the ones we tried were good. We were there at the start of the season and there were no queues. There were 2 adults and 1 child on the trip and there was no problem getting 3 drinks at a time and we took them to the room on a night. All the food was tasty, hot and well prepared. My niece is a very fussy eater and I have never seen her eat as much as the 5 days we were away. Always meat, fish, chips or other potato and 2 items freshly grilled with lots of salad and a selection of desserts and fruit. They were all replaced quickly when they ran out too. Only had snacks one day and they had salad, fruit, hotdogs with buns, chips and fish fingers, again this was replaced when empty. There are some bad reviews but I didn't find any issues with the hotel, food or drinks. The indoor pool is small but good for the beginning of the season when it is too cold for the outdoor pool. We did go in the small kiddy pool on the hottest day of our trip. We all enjoyed our trip. We are looking to book again already.
On check-in we were not told the times for food. We arrived around 1700 and planned to go for food at 1900. The times for the all inclusive food on the room cards are incorrect for the evening meal (they say 1900 but it is 1930) so on the first night there were quite a few people waiting at the wrong time. Not a big deal, but would have been better to tell guests on check-in to avoid confusion.
