No surprises

You get what you pay for.

There were a couple of ants, but it did not bother me too much. Ac devices were worn out, one did not work at all. Staff got it working, but it was still unreliable.

Very Good

Good athmosphere and facilities like the swimmimg pool and bar. Cala Egos was near to us, shops and restaurants bars were in a very good distance.

In the Kitchen we wanted to cut bread and we couldn't use the knife because it was rusty unfortunately. Its not completely relevant, but the bus service wasn't quite clear which way is going to. We couldn't decide. We wanted to go to Cala D'or center but we ended up towards Campo.

I liked the receptionist Marta & Alisha a lot. They were welcoming, helpful, and friendly The room was clean when I entered, as I have read in some reviews. It has coackraches, but thanks, god, I didn't find any insects there. There were towels and liquid soap ???? 1s towel for floor 2nd towel for face per person 3rd towel.for shower per person

Kindly note that the check out on the website is 12, but the receptionist said it's 11, which caused confusion Cleaning doesn't knock it just enters the room immediately even if you're changing clothes at that time Cleaning in the first days was just changing the towels, but in the last days, there was cleaning for the bedroom too. To change the bed sheets.

Very Good

Nice place, clean, receptionist was nice. Good food in the buffet. Location close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Plenty of swimming pools. Parking available for free on the street or for a fee in the hotel. All in all, happy with our stay here.

The rooms are in need of a little improvement, it seems it's been some time since they were last updated. The mattresses in the room we stayed need replacing urgently, as they are not confortable to sleep, especially the mobile bed.

Pleasant

Nice and clean complex. Friendly staff and fun entertainment. Good food.

The noise from the fans / air condition next door / from the shops were very load and kept us awake some nights. Mention this at reception. Was told it was fully booked and to come back the next day. Next day we were told the same thing. Did not bother asking again, event thought it was very annoying. Es Bolero could to with an update, especial the beds and rust / mould in bathrooms.

Good location in Cala Egos, nice terrace, free parking just outside of the hotel. Friendly staff.

I know it's not hotels fault but somebody (presumably drunk) tried breaking into our apartment in the middle of the night, and then they urinated on our door. By the time we got up to open the door they were already gone. So, maybe the hotel could use front door (next to the gym) with a card scanner so not everyone can get it. As for the apartment - kitchen utilities are rusty and the equipment is limited. Shower cannot regulate temperature properly.

Ok value for money but definitely wouldn’t stay again.

Close to shops and beach. Some staff were lovely and polite.

Food was average, not a lot of choices for kids. Rooms weren’t cleaned properly (only beds made, floor wasn’t brushed or mopped, towels only changed once. Air conditioning wasn’t working. Reception staff rude and not helpful. Kids weren’t allowed inflatables in pool.

Great food, all good quality, and well cooked. Good choice of drinks on all-inclusive. Large rooms and cleaned daily.

Great hotel complex with good all inclusive and location

The hotel is in Cala Egos close to a few restaurants and bars, shops and a supermarket. The local beach is also a few minutes walk. We checked in quickly and the staff were friendly. We were upgraded to stay at Bluesea Martha's. The room was modern with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, kettle, toaster, hob and microwave. We stayed all inclusive so only used the kettle and fridge. The all inclusive drinks were local spirits as was expected but there was a good selection and the ones we tried were good. We were there at the start of the season and there were no queues. There were 2 adults and 1 child on the trip and there was no problem getting 3 drinks at a time and we took them to the room on a night. All the food was tasty, hot and well prepared. My niece is a very fussy eater and I have never seen her eat as much as the 5 days we were away. Always meat, fish, chips or other potato and 2 items freshly grilled with lots of salad and a selection of desserts and fruit. They were all replaced quickly when they ran out too. Only had snacks one day and they had salad, fruit, hotdogs with buns, chips and fish fingers, again this was replaced when empty. There are some bad reviews but I didn't find any issues with the hotel, food or drinks. The indoor pool is small but good for the beginning of the season when it is too cold for the outdoor pool. We did go in the small kiddy pool on the hottest day of our trip. We all enjoyed our trip. We are looking to book again already.

On check-in we were not told the times for food. We arrived around 1700 and planned to go for food at 1900. The times for the all inclusive food on the room cards are incorrect for the evening meal (they say 1900 but it is 1930) so on the first night there were quite a few people waiting at the wrong time. Not a big deal, but would have been better to tell guests on check-in to avoid confusion.

Good price per value rate but old a bit

Food was really good! It was relatively cheap compared to other hotels. Location is pretty good. Big room with terrace.

Tap-water is salty. Rooms were not that clean and pretty old. Staff was not enough kind always. There were a lot of noizes around the area. All inclusive is not covers everything however it includes pretty much bevarages. Only one bar is for all-inclusive and it closes at 11pm.

Blue sea Martha’s was very nice and relaxing, would definitely come again!

We got moved to Marthas due to a noisy generator and broken air con but when we got to Martha’s it was lovely. There were friendly cats all around the hotel, classes in the day and entertainment at night. The apartments were very spacious and we had our own little garden.

We were in es bolero for one night but got moved to Martha’s as there was a loud generator outside our bedroom window and the air con was broken. The water was also not edible - very salty.

OK but wouldn’t go back

excellent location - really convenient for restaurants, shops and beaches. The evening entertainment was very good too with plenty for kids and adults

There’s not enough space for the number of guests. impossible to get any beds around the pool unless you reserve by 5am. Food was nice but would have been better with more variety. Queues for the coffee machines at breakfast were ridiculous. not enough staff - took 10/15 minutes to get a drink from the bar every time. There is also a lot of things that isn’t included in the all-inclusive package eg sangria. in general it was a bit rough around the edges - broken flooring around the pool that could be dangerous, air conditioning not working properly, key cards to room not working all the time so constantly having to get them reset. it’s the little things that make the difference for example we weren’t able to play table tennis because they had run out of balls and on a couple of occasions we were spoken to rudely by staff when we wanted to move chairs so that my family could sit together
